Several of New Hampshire’s leading voices for health care reform partnered up with the Cover America Tour Tuesday in Portsmouth to speak for change. They talked from experience – their own or their constituents’ – and about working to improve coverage for residents of the Granite State.

Local resident Chuck Engborg told his own story about struggling to pay for health care. When his wife lost her job they continued coverage through COBRA, but it meant spending 50% of their income to do so and had to cut out other expenses, even needed prescriptions, to stay insured.

Special thanks to the New Hampshire Voices for Health coalition for their help organizing the event, and everyone who came out in support.
