As a licensed health insurance agent, it is embarrasing for me to quote premiums. I empathasize with folks who are not covered under group health insurance. I do understand why the premiums are what they are. However, the health care delivery system has so much waste. Different companies, different claim procedures. A real cost to medical providers just processing the claims. The whole health insurance delivery system needs a major overhaul.
