As your constituent, I want you to know that I am concerned about the state of health care in this country. And I want you to make reforming our health care one of your legislative priorities.

The cost of health care has made me less financially stable. My salary has not increased at the same rate as my premiums. Health insurance coverage is taking more from my paycheck as I get older.

And I will not be able to afford health care if I lose my job and my insurance. According to a Consumer Reports survey, 65% of Americans have the same fear. Congress needs to address the spiraling costs of health care because the average American is simply not going to be able to afford health care in the near future.
