Your (provide date of publication) editorial/article (or give page number) on (describe), explains only part of the problem with our health care crisis.
Many of us are paying more for our health coverage as costs continue to climb year after year. Workers paid an average of $1,921 for family premiums in 2001, and in 2005 they paid $2,585, an increase of 35%. A recent Consumer Reports survey found that 65% of Americans fear losing their job-related health coverage. Insurance is supposed to make me more secure, yet I'm worried about how I'm going to pay for these rising premiums.
Our health care costs need to be spread fairly among government, employers, and consumers. My health coverage should give me peace of mind, but instead I feel anxious about whether I'll be able to afford the health care I need.
Sincerely,

Your (provide date of publication) editorial/article (or give page number) on (describe), explains only part of the problem with our health care crisis. Americans with health insurance coverage aren't getting basic needs met, and some avoid treatment due to high costs. [If you have one, provide a short personal example].
Insurance coverage should ease my health and financial worries, not create more. Consumer Reports found that 43% of people with insurance said they were ěsomewhatî to ěcompletelyî unprepared to cope with a costly medical emergency over the coming year. And 43% of the underinsured said they postponed going to the doctor because they couldn't afford it.
While average Americans are struggling to foot medical bills, insurance companies are reaping huge profits, $11 billion for the six biggest private health insurers alone. We have to do things differently.
Sincerely,
